Returns & Exchanges
Creation Bookstore guarantees complete satisfaction on all of your orders. If you are not happy with your purchase and want to exchange or return a product, please contact Creation Bookstore at (519) 659-2610. Please send all product(s) back to us via Canada Post and we will credit your account for the value of the merchandise that is returned. Returns and exchanges must be sent within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping on return items will be at your expense. Goods must be in resellable new condition. Pet hair, odor (smoke etc), washed product or removal of manufacture tags will void any return.

Within Canada... (example: total order quantity = 2, shipping = $8.00 plus GST)
All Creation Bookstore products are shipped Canada Post Expedite – a trackable service – from our London, Ontario retail store. Flat fee $7.00 plus GST for the 1st item and $1.00 for each additional item quantity (taxes excluded). Some remote addresses (air or special transit) are excluded from the above Creation Bookstore shipping rates – those customers will be contacted before any transaction takes place.
United States Customers... (example: total order quantity = 2, shipping = $17.00 plus GST)
Products shipped to the U.S.A will be charged a Flat fee $15.00 plus GST for the 1st item and $2.00 for each additional item quantity (taxes excluded). Shipping times may be different for international customers. Some remote addresses (air or special transit) are excluded from the above shipping rates – Creation Bookstore will contact these customers before any transactions for additinal shipping fees take place.
Other International Customers...

** For all orders, duty or Vat in ship to country is the responsibility of the receiver.
Creation Bookstore availability times
1-2 days means that the product is usually on hand and it will take Canada Post 3-5 days door-to-door
1-2 weeks means our supplier will ship us – then we will send product on to you, if we do not have stock on hand.
